These terms apply when you use charliescalltoduty.org (the "site"), run by Charlie's Call to Duty ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our programs

Our programs are still launching. Telling us you're interested through this site isn't an application. It doesn't guarantee a foster placement, a volunteer role, a partnership, or a service or therapy dog. We'll contact you as programs open, and each program will have its own application, requirements, and agreements.

Information on this site about service and therapy dogs is general. It isn't medical, legal, or professional advice.

Using the site

• Give accurate information in our forms. Only share someone else's information if you have their permission.
• Don't misuse the site. That includes sending spam, submitting forms in bulk or by automated means, trying to get into systems you're not allowed to access, or disrupting the site.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access to the site, or ignore submissions, if these terms are broken.

Our name, logo, and content

The text, logo, crest, images, and design of this site belong to Charlie's Call to Duty or are used with permission. You're welcome to link to our pages and to share them for non-commercial purposes with credit to us. Please don't use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, your organization, or a product without our written permission.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and choose a call or text as the best way to reach you, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. We don't send marketing texts. How often we text depends on your request, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is." We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
